1. Information we collect

• Account: your email address.
• Content you provide: vehicles, maintenance and fuel records, notes, and photos you upload.
• Usage: basic analytics about how the app is used.

2. How we use information

To provide and improve the service, process AI scans you request, manage your subscription, and communicate with you.

3. AI processing

When you use AI scanning, the image you submit is sent to Anthropic's API to extract information (for example, an odometer reading or receipt details). Images are processed to return the scan result and are not used to train models.

4. Service providers

We rely on the following providers, who process data on our behalf:

• Supabase — database, authentication, and file storage
• Vercel — hosting and privacy-friendly analytics
• Anthropic — AI image and text processing
• Paddle — payment processing (Merchant of Record)
• Resend — transactional email (e.g., account confirmation)

5. Data retention and deletion

Your records are stored until you delete them or your account. You can reset records or delete vehicles in the app, or contact us to delete your account entirely.

6. Cookies

We use essential cookies for login sessions and your language preference.
