How does scanning a photo work?
Snap your dashboard or a receipt and AI reads the mileage, cost, and service items, filling the form for you.
Do I need to install anything?
No. It is a web app — use it in your browser, or add it to your home screen to run it like a native app.
Which vehicles are supported, and are there maintenance reminders?
Gasoline, diesel, LPG, PHEV, electric, and hydrogen. Set intervals for items like engine oil or tires and it reminds you when they are due.
What if the AI reads it wrong?
You can edit any value before saving. A confidence level (high / medium / low) is shown with each scan, so a low reading is your cue to double-check the number.
Does it work for EVs and hybrids?
Yes. Gasoline, diesel, LPG, PHEV, electric and hydrogen are supported, and the unit switches automatically — liters for fuel, kWh for charging, kg for hydrogen. A PHEV can log a fill-up and a charge in the same visit.
How are service reminders calculated?
Set an interval in km for any service item and OdoLog compares your current odometer against the last time it was done, then shows the distance remaining. AI can suggest intervals from your make and model — always confirm them against your owner's manual.
Can I bring records over from another app?
Upload an Excel or CSV file and AI matches the column names and date formats for you. Files in Google Drive can be pulled in directly (Pro feature).
Are scanned photos stored?
No. Scan photos are used for recognition and not kept. Your records are restricted at the database level so only your account can read them (row-level security), and you can delete your account and data at any time.
