Terms of Service

OdoLog ("we", "us") provides a web application for logging vehicle maintenance, fuel, and related records, including optional AI-assisted photo scanning. By creating an account or using OdoLog, you agree to these Terms.

1. Accounts

You are responsible for your account and the accuracy of the information you enter. You must be able to form a binding contract to use OdoLog.

2. Subscriptions and payments

OdoLog offers a free plan and a paid "Pro" plan. Payments for Pro are processed by Paddle.com, which acts as the Merchant of Record for all orders. Paddle handles billing, taxes, and receipts, and its Buyer Terms also apply. Subscriptions renew automatically until canceled. You can cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the current billing period.

3. AI features

AI scanning (odometer, receipts) and AI maintenance schedules are provided for convenience and may be inaccurate. Always verify results against your actual documents and your vehicle's official manual. We are not responsible for decisions made based on AI output.

4. Acceptable use

Do not misuse the service, attempt to disrupt it, or use it for any unlawful purpose.

5. Intellectual property

The OdoLog service and its content are owned by us. The data you enter remains yours.

6. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The service is provided "as is" without warranties. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

7. Termination

You may stop using OdoLog and delete your data at any time. We may suspend accounts that violate these Terms.

8. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea.
