What the Free plan includes
The Free plan has no time limit. Register one vehicle, log fuel, service and other costs by hand without limits, and use service reminders (email and push), monthly cost reports and the service-history share link. 5 AI scans of dashboards and receipts are included to try; after they're used up, manual logging, reminders and reports keep working. One-sentence entries, where you type a line and AI fills in the fields, are included 30 times a month.
What Pro unlocks
Pro costs $19.99 a year or $3.99 a month, with the same features either way; annual billing is 58% cheaper than monthly. Register unlimited vehicles, run 100 AI scans a month, and have fuel volume and economy read automatically from fuel receipts. Export the maintenance history as a PDF for a used-car sale and back up every record to Excel. Enter your car model and AI suggests a recommended maintenance schedule up to 5 times a month, and AI import moves an existing log from Excel, CSV or Google Drive up to twice a month. One-sentence entries are included 300 times a month.
Billing, cancellation and refunds
Payments are handled by Paddle, our merchant of record; receipts, payment method changes and cancellation are in the subscription section of your account. You can cancel at any time and Pro stays active until the end of the paid period. After that the account returns to the Free plan and all records and vehicles remain. Refunds can be requested within 14 days of the first purchase.

Does the Free plan expire?
No. Free is free forever and manual logging is unlimited. Only the 5 AI scans are a trial limit; after they are used, manual logs, reminders and reports keep working.
What is the difference between annual and monthly Pro?
The features are identical; only the billing cycle differs. $19.99 a year is 58% cheaper than paying $3.99 for twelve months.
Do I lose my records if I cancel Pro?
No. Every record and vehicle stays. When the paid period ends, the Free limits apply: adding more vehicles and the Pro features (PDF, export, AI import, AI schedule) are locked, while the records of your registered vehicles remain fully usable.
How do refunds work?
Email support@odolog.net within 14 days of the first purchase. Consumers in South Korea may withdraw within 7 days under the Korean e-commerce act. Details are in the refund policy.
